About Us

Are you beginning to find issues with your child's sleep and settling pattern that have brought you to exhaustion?

Are they cat napping during the day and requiring frequent resettling and/or feeding during the night?
Are you struggling to establish an appropriate pattern/routine?

If you have an unsettled baby, a baby who isn't sleeping, a baby who isn't feeding, or you feel you are not coping with new parenthood
There is help...

This is a gentle, nurturing, responsive approach to helping babies, infants and toddlers find their own sleep.
At all times responding to babies' cues.
No controlled crying or extinction methods are used.

Education on feeding and positive behaviour management are also available.

There is no miracle quick fix.  Patience, commitment, persistence and flexibility will make the difference.

Phone consultations booked in 20 minute blocks may be all you need to begin to implement some simple changes to improve the well being of the whole family.
Sometimes all you need is a listening, non judgemental, understanding ear.
Following on, if required day or evening home visit consultations can be booked.

Sleep is only a small part of your journey
